Time for this week’s dinner ideas! It was a really busy week with a lot of events, but I loved the time we had to eat together at home.

Our weekly menu will give you some good dinner ideas

Time for this week’s dinner ideas! While we had a lot more meals out/leftovers than normal, I still wanted to share what a busy week of dinners looks like for us.

Here’s a quick review of our weekly dinners:

Monday: Leftovers

Tuesday: Shredded Beef Tacos

Wednesday: Free Choice

Thursday: Charity Event

Friday: Mavericks Game

Saturday: BBQ Chicken Pizza

Sunday: Lasagana

Sunday Dessert: Ooey Gooey Butter Cake Bars

Turkey Noodle Soup

On Sunday last week, we made a traditional Thanksgiving turkey dinner since we were in Mexico for Thanksgiving. We always do turkey soup with the leftover turkey, and it’s the best!

BBQ Pizza

This is our favorite pizza. We put grilled chicken, BBQ sauce, frozen corn, and fresh jalapeños on it.

Lasagna

I don’t make lasagna very often cause it’s pretty involved, but it’s a good Sunday night dinner. This one is delicious and pretty simple!

Ooey Gooey Butter Cake Bars

This is one of my all time favorite desserts. It’s pretty easy to make and super rich and filled with butter (hence the name) but it is SO delicious. If you’ve never tried it, you must!

Time for this week’s dinner ideas! This week we had some delicious meals that I’ll definitely be making again soon!

Our weekly menu will give you some good dinner ideas!

This week’s dinners turned out delicious! We stayed in on Valentine’s Day and ate a special meal complete with pasta dyed pink. At the end of the week we had some yummy, hearty meals that I will definitely be making again soon!

Here’s a quick review of our weekly dinners:

Monday: Leftovers

Tuesday: Chicken Parmesan

Wednesday: Charcuterie Party

Thursday: Manicotti

Friday: Mushroom Bacon Pizza

Saturday: Family Date Night

Sunday: Vodka Pasta

Sunday Dessert: Crinkly Caramel Stuffed Brownie Cookies

Chicken Parmesan

Chicken Parmesan

For Valentine’s day, we stayed in, but I made a special dinner. Homemade pink pasta (I literally dyed it pink) with chicken parmesan and marinara. This recipe was delicious and easy!

Manicotti

Manicotti

This is definitely not a week night kind of meal, because it’s pretty involved to make it from scratch, but I had some leftover in the freezer from the last time I made it, so I pulled it out, cooked it up, and it was delicious!

Mushroom Bacon Pizza

Mushroom Bacon Pizza

On Friday we have pizza. I use Mel’s Kitchen Cafe’s pizza dough, and this week I made bacon mushroom pizza, which is one of our favorites. Here’s how we make it: It’s just a drizzle of olive oil for the sauce, cooked bacon, sauteed mushrooms, and cheddar cheese on the top. We cook at 500 degrees F. for about 15 minutes. Super easy!

Vodka Pasta

Vodka Pasta

I absolutely love a pink vodka pasta sauce, so I’m making that this week and adding some grilled chicken on top for a little extra protein. I’ll be serving with green veggies for Sunday dinner.

Caramel stuffed brownie cookies

Crinkly Caramel Stuffed Brownie Cookies

I guess we’re having a Half Baked Harvest kind of Sunday! These cookies looked too good not to try.
