Time for this week’s dinner ideas! Wow, this week’s meals were all so delicious. I love being back in a school and dinner routine!

Our weekly menu will give you some good dinner ideas

Time for this week’s dinner ideas! We are back in our school year groove and it feels awesome. All of our meals this week were seriously so good – a lot of new ones that will for sure be added to the normal rotation!

Here’s a quick review of our weekly dinners:

Monday: Korean Beef Sesame Noodles

Tuesday: Pesto and Tomato Grilled Cheese

Wednesday: Leftovers

Thursday: Migas

Friday: BBQ Chicken Pizza

Saturday: Out to Eat

Sunday: Spicy Pork Tinga Tacos

Sunday Dessert: Fluffernutter Bars

Korean Beef Sesame Noodle Bowls

I’ve been trying so many recipes from Half Baked Harvest lately — this steak stir-fry was delicious and easy to throw together. I threw in different bell peppers and onion and it was easy and good!

Pesto and Tomato Grilled Cheese

I love sandwiches for dinner and these were so tasty! I left off the arugula, cause I knew my kids wouldn’t love that. Besides that they were delicious.

Migas

This is a quick and easy weeknight meal that is a crowd pleaser. Who can say no to eggs, cheese, and tortilla chips?!

BBQ Chicken Pizza

Friday is our weekly pizza night, and this one is our favorite! BBQ sauce, Mexican cheese, grilled chicken, jalapeños, and corn.

Pork Tinga Tacos

This is one of our favorite Sunday dinners. It’s a great meal you can throw in the crockpot and it’s done by the end of the day. I serve it with avocado and tortillas. So good!

Fluffernutter Bars

I love trying new dessert recipes on Sundays — this one looks tasty!

It all sounds good except Wednesday. LeFtovers? — we call them Encores — back by pOpular demand. Sounds much better, just like the European “holiday” sounds more festive than vacation!
