Spaghetti and Meatballs
It’s been years since I’ve made spaghetti and meatballs, and recently I made this meatball soup recipe and the meatballs were amazing. So I made these meatballs (I cook them in the oven, not in a pan) and served with angel hair pasta and a good, store-bought jar of marinara sauce.
Crock Pot Beef Noodle Soup
I’ve made this recipe a few times and it’s delicious. I use fresh celery instead of cream of celery soup, and I use whatever noodles I can find. Usually I can find udon noodles, but this time I used ramen noodles and they were good!
French Onion Burgers
These looked so tasty, we had to try them! I made mostly regular ones for the boys, since they’re traditional burger fans, but they were delicious!
BBQ Chicken Pizza
Another Friday night pizza night, another bbq chicken pizza! It’s our favorite. We do BBQ sauce, grilled chicken, fiesta blend cheese, jalapeños, frozen corn, and then crispy onions on top when it’s done cooking. So good!
Green Chile
This is one of our all time favorite recipes. It’s easy to make and just toss in the crockpot on a Sunday morning so it’s ready for dinner. I always serve it with fresh cheese and homemade tortillas.
