Time for this week’s dinner ideas! It was a really busy week with a lot of events, but I loved the time we had to eat together at home.

Our weekly menu will give you some good dinner ideas

Time for this week’s dinner ideas! While we had a lot more meals out/leftovers than normal, I still wanted to share what a busy week of dinners looks like for us.

Here’s a quick review of our weekly dinners:

Monday: Leftovers

Tuesday: Shredded Beef Tacos

Wednesday: Free Choice

Thursday: Charity Event

Friday: Mavericks Game

Saturday: BBQ Chicken Pizza

Sunday: Lasagana

Sunday Dessert: Ooey Gooey Butter Cake Bars

Turkey Noodle Soup

On Sunday last week, we made a traditional Thanksgiving turkey dinner since we were in Mexico for Thanksgiving. We always do turkey soup with the leftover turkey, and it’s the best!

BBQ Pizza

This is our favorite pizza. We put grilled chicken, BBQ sauce, frozen corn, and fresh jalapeños on it.

Lasagna

I don’t make lasagna very often cause it’s pretty involved, but it’s a good Sunday night dinner. This one is delicious and pretty simple!

Ooey Gooey Butter Cake Bars

This is one of my all time favorite desserts. It’s pretty easy to make and super rich and filled with butter (hence the name) but it is SO delicious. If you’ve never tried it, you must!

Time for this week’s dinner ideas! This week’s meals turned out delicious!

Our weekly menu will give you some good dinner ideas!

This week we at some family favorites that were so yummy! It was also my oldest’s birthday so we had a fun treat mid week to celebrate. From burgers to our staple BBQ Chicken pizza, this week’s meals were winners for the whole family!

Here’s a quick review of our weekly dinners:

Monday: Leftovers

Tuesday: Sausage Tortellini Soup

I’ve been making this soup for years and it’s one of our very favorites. So yummy and hearty, and a good soup that you can make year round.

Wednesday: Hamburgers and fries with Chocolate Scotcheroos

Wednesday was my oldest’s birthday and he requested burgers, so we made burgers at home and cooked up some frozen French fries. Easy! He also requested chocolate scotcheroos for his birthday treat, and they’re one of our favorites! Easy and tasty.

Thursday: Air Fryer Drumsticks with Roasted Broccoli

I’ve been try to use my air fryer more and use up some stuff in my freezer, and this recipe killed both birds with one stone. I used chicken drumsticks that had been sitting in my freezer for months, and this recipe was tender and juicy and crispy on the outside!

Friday: BBQ Chicken Pizza

We make BBQ chicken pizza almost every week! We always use Mel’s Kitchen’s pizza recipe and it’s so easy and delicious. Definitely recommend. We top with BBQ sauce, cheese, grilled chicken, fresh jalapeños, and frozen corn. It might sound like a weird combo, but trust me — it’s so good!

Saturday: Out to Ear

Sunday: Spicy Pork Tinga Tacos

This is another recipe I’ve been making for years that we love! It cooks all day and is so tender and flavorful and makes amazing leftovers!
