Sheet Pan Shrimp Boil

This Shrimp Boil recipe is one of our family favorites, and it’s so easy to make. We just toss everything on one cookie sheet, drizzle with oil and salt and pepper, and cook. Easy, peasy!

Steaks and Tomato Chutney Pan Sauce

This was a recipe from our Blue Apron box this week, so we decided to get fancy on a Tuesday and have some steak!

All of my kids looove steak, so I they helped me with this meal and learned how to cook steak in a pan at home. We served with a side of crusty bread.

Sausage Mushroom Spinach Pasta

Philip found this pasta recipe, and while my kids don’t love mushrooms, they moved those aside and devoured the sausage and noodles.

I don’t shy away from recipes just cause some of my kids may or may not eat parts of it. They can pick out what they don’t want to eat!

BBQ Pizza with Bacon and Corn

We’ve been loving BBQ pizza lately. We alternate between chicken and pork, adding corn or not, adding bacon or not.

This week we used THIS RECIPE and did chicken, bacon, corn, and then added jalapeno and crispy onions on top.

I always use THIS PIZZA DOUGH RECIPE.

New Mexico Green Chile Stew

We’ve been loving green chile lately, and have tried lots of recipes! This one was delicious and I served it with our favorite HOMEMADE TORTILLAS.

Blackberry Crisp

For Sunday dessert I’m making blackberry crisp and serving with vanilla ice cream!
