So many good recipes on this week’s weekly menu. We made the best bolognese, some crock pot meals, and our favorite chicken noodle soup.

Our weekly menu this week has lots of good recipes!

This week I cooked a lot, and made some killer recipes. Our favorite chicken noodle soup, the best green chile pork, the most amazing beef bolognese, and more!

Slow Cooker Beef Noodles

This was the easiest recipe, and it was so freaking good. I couldn’t find the frozen noodles it called for, so I just used Udon noodles and they were fantastic.

Green Chile Pork

This recipe is FANTASTIC. We’ve made it twice, and it’s super simple but turns out amazing. So much flavor.

I pulled out almost all the pepper’s seeds, so it wasn’t spicy at all, and then I made THESE HOMEMADE TORTILLAS.

One Pot Short Rib Bolognese

Wow, we loved this recipe. It was pretty simple, but so much flavor, and we all gobbled it up.

I served it with steamed broccoli and crusty bread.

French Onion Chicken

I was honestly a little skeptical about this recipe, but it turned out to be super good! The chicken was flavorful and tender, and even the boys liked it (although they picked off all the onions).

Chicken Noodle Soup

It was cloudy and rainy this weekend, so of course we had to made some warm chicken noodle soup. Delicious.

This recipe is the best recipe ever, even though you do have to deal with an entire chicken. But it’s worth it!

Damn it, it all look so yummy that I have crunches in my stomach)) Becasue I worked all day long today and haven’t eaten anything. I think you should start your own restaurant business. You are so damn good at that!

I agree with you. Although there are some nuances in running a business that stand out of cooking. For example you need to collect registration papers, plus someone has to take care of your accounting and tax reporting. You don’t think that the blog author will do it herself, no? These people have to arrange it, otherwise there will be no longer time for creativity.
