Need some ideas of outfits for Thanksgiving?
Can you believe Thanksgiving is only a week away?? While you’re planning your menus, don’t forget to plan your outfit! I’ve got five easy outfits for Thanksgiving day that give you some inspiration.
Even if you’re staying at home and not seeing any family, make it special by putting on a special outfit!
Make the day special by getting out of your loungewear!
Yes, you could stay in your pajamas or loungewear all day. It’s a long day with lots of cooking and lots of lounging. But I think there’s something really nice about putting on a nice outfit for Thanksgiving dinner!
I’ve included several very comfortable and easy casual outfits, plus a couple of more dressy options.
5 Outfits for Thanksgiving
#1. A sweater and jeans combination is effortless and easy
If you’re going casual, choose a chic sweater and your favorite pair of jeans. If you’re staying at home, shoes are optional, of course, but choose a pair of classic ankle boots if you decide to wear shoes.
#2. Keep it comfortable with leggings and a cozy sweater
You could also swap your leggings for leather leggings for an elevated version of this outfit.
#3. A pair of satin joggers makes a casual outfit uber chic
#4. If you’re dressing up a bit, go for a pleated skirt and a slim cut sweater
I love dressing up for special dinners, even if we’re staying at home. A pretty skirt and sweater combination is simple and pretty. Add a headband to keep your hair out of your face while you cook and eat!
#5. A simple sweater dress is cozy and nice without being restrictive
On thanksgiving, no one needs a restrictive or constricting dress! Stick to something loose and comfortable, like a sweater dress!
