Have a guy in your life that’s impossible to shop for? Here are some great, unique and sentimental gift ideas.
Impossible to shop for men – there’s nothing worse! I’ve rounded up some sentimental gift ideas that will make any guy in your life happy on Christmas morning.
Impossible To Shop For Men Gift Ideas:
- Reel Viewer
- No – not Instagram Reels. This reel viewer is a total blast from the past – I’m sure your guy used one when he was younger. You can customize this with your own family photos.
- Sneaker Display
- If you have a sneakerhead in your life, this display is PERFECT for them to show off special or unique shoes.
- Custom Sports History Book
- These books compile your guy’s favorite team’s memorable moments into a gorgeous leather-bound book. They have NFL, college, MLB, and NBA teams available!
- Top 100 Movies Scratch Off Poster
- If there’s a guy in your life who loves movies, this would be a super fun gift for them to track their movie bucket list.
- Sneaker Candle
- This may seem like a silly gift, but this would be so fun in a room for a teenager or college-aged boy or in the office for your sneaker-obsessed husband.
- Birthday or Date Book
- This book takes all the NYT covers and headlines for your birthday throughout the years, or any other date. Would be an awesome coffee table book!
- Compilation of family videos
- This is sure to be a winner kind of gift! Take all the videos from the last year that are saved on your phone and compile them into a video set to music. You could do it yourself in iMovie, or there are companies and people that you could do it for you.
- Calendar for his office.
- Make a calendar with pictures of trips you’ve taken together or pictures of your kids and family. As a bonus, add family members’ birthdays and special dates on the calendar. We make this for my in-laws every year with photos of the grandchildren – it would make a great gift for your dad! You can make them through Mixbook right here.
- Photobooks.
- They’re meaningful and special and is something he will treasure forever. This is my go-to special gift for Philip every year (I wrote all about it in this blog post). I make mine through Mixbook!
- Framed photo.
- Print out a family picture or a picture from your recent travels together and frame it.
- Framed map of the world.
- Add pushpins of all the places you have traveled together to this map.
- A book of his mission pictures
- If you guys are members of the church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, like we are, your dad or husband or brother probably served a mission. Compile photos, letters, special memories and put them in a book. Such a sweet gift for him!
- DNA test from 23andMe.
- This is such a good gift to get him in touch with his ancestry and culture. Find it here.
- Movie Projector
- This projector from CineMood is perfect for your movie-loving guy. Your whole family can use it outdoors during the summer, he can take it traveling with him. It’s really such a great gift!
- Video from their Favorite Celebrity
- Is there a certain celebrity or sports player that your husband, dad, or brother loves? Send them a personal video from someone famous that they love! These videos last forever and add a big wow factor to the gift!
- Coconu Intimacy Adventure
- This is the best gift idea! It’s a little pouch of conversation or activity prompts that will get you and your partner connecting emotionally and physically. I created it in collaboration with Coconu, who makes the best lubricant ever. Use code MERRICK for 15% off! You can buy just the challenge OR the bundle with some Coconu lubricant and their Play Towel!
Not sure if you’ve had any recent contact with Cinemood but they seem to be shut down. I ordered one in june for father’s day and still haven’t received it (even though my paypal account was billed). I’ve sent multiple emails to them with zero response. Even Their customer service phone number has been disconnected. Thought you might like to know since you’re recommending them (And all your recommendations are always spot on!)
Lori
I got pretty lucky when it comes to gifts – my husband is huge on hiking and camping 😀 So I just ask whatever he needs and then get it at local outdoor store – easy as that :d
