My kids love these parfait cups. They are so easy to make and are the perfect after school snack!
Parfait Cup Recipe
Crumble:
1 cup pitted dates
1/2 cup pecans
1 TBSP maple syrup
Pulse in a blender or food processor until combined
Layer crumble, your choice of fruit, and yogurt, if desired.
You can store crumble in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
