1. I’ve been living in this hairstyle lately…it was perfect on my seven day unwashed hair (maybe I shouldn’t have admitted that).
2. Choosing the right necklace for your neckline. Definitely a guide I should have on hand every time I get dressed…it would save me a lot of time.
3. Ever since MaskCara wrote a post about The Perfect Tan sunless tanner, I’ve been itching to try it. Anyone tried it with success (or not)?
4. I have a J.Crew gift card burning a hole in my pocket. Should I buy this white panama hat? I need your advice.
5. Speaking of advice, did you weigh in on my instagram vote the other day?
6. I’m working on a list of sewing tutorials and projects to work on over the next few months, including a dip-dyed sundress and a madewell sweatshirt dress. Is there a particular project you’re interested in seeing on here? (I can’t guarantee your suggestion will be chosen, but I’m always looking for new ideas and inspiration!)
7. Next weekend B turns four and it’s blowing my mind that I’ll have a child that old. We’re heading off to San Diego for a little getaway and I cannot wait for some uninterrupted family time!
Happy Friday!

Just looked through your sewing inspiration board on Pinterest. I would love to see a tutorial on the scalloped hem tank posted there!
okay I DID totally get that tanning stuff! Blame it on 3am. I really like it a lot! it works well (but be sure to get the glove!!!! reallllllly important) and I use the face stuff every 4-5 days before bed with some serum — and it looks really subtle and natural (in my opinion!)
Super excited to see your upcoming sewing tutorials. Both sound my style! Have a great weekend!
I LIVE in my Madewell sweatshirt dress – always wished they made it in more colors. Can't wait for your tutorial!!!
I loved your Elsa hair!

YES on the hat! I love it so so much.
Tutorial idea–do you have any ideas for our husband's sweaters or old dress shirts? Like a way to take them in and make them a little more feminine, but still have that "boyfriend" look? My husband has a ton that are beautiful and in good shape but that he just doesn't want anymore. I can't seem to come up with any ideas for them, though.
Will you be posting your track pant tutorial? I've already bought 2 pairs that I want to live in every day, but I'd really love to make a couple of my own!
I never did understand why people washed their hair everyday!
I love MaskCara, I really trust her reviews and advice. I haven't tried the sunless tanner post she wrote about, but I would love to hear if you do! This is a great list of favorites 🙂 Whatever project you decide to do, I am sure it will be worth reading! 🙂 Can't wait to see your two projects up on your blog!

I've been wanting that dress for a while. I love your tutorials!
SO excited for the sweatshirt dress tutorial!
I saw this darling shirt at anthropology and figured it's probably an easy DIY but I am new to sewing:

This tanning stuff was just too popular around here. I went out to Sally's and everything was out! And for tutorial idea…how about a kimono? They're super popular this Spring and I think would be an easy tutorial. I've been trying to get my mom to make/show me how to make one but just haven't gotten around to it.

The tanning stuff really works! Pretty easy to apply and it lasts about a week on me before I have to reapply!
maybe this is random or impossible – but how about making maternity stuff not maternity anymore? I'm mainly thinking dresses and skirts
