I have a major sweet tooth. My Grandad always jokes that all his teeth are sweet teeth, and although I don’t feel the need to have dessert after every meal like he does, I definitely like a treat every now and again.

So today I’m teaming up with Vitamix to share their new blender, and share a recipe for a quick and easy peanut butter milkshake that satisfies my sweet tooth, but doesn’t kill my calories for the day.

Here’s what you’ll need:

2 TB PB Powder
1 TB Cocoa Powder
1 medium size banana (the flavor is best if you wait until it’s pretty ripe and then freeze it)
5-6 ice cubes
splash of vanilla extract
1 cup or more almond coconut blend milk

Combine all the ingredients in the Vitamix blender and use the smoothie setting to blend. If it’s too thick for your liking, add more almond milk until it’s your desired consistency.

Serve immediately with a straw!

    • Merrick says:

Totally! I actually like using coconut almond milk cause it gives it a super good flavor, so I’m sure pure coconut milk would be amazing. But regular milk would be great too.

If you start to feel that something is wrong, or you are haunted by depressive thoughts or anxiety, it is worth doing something about it. I can’t recommend it to you, but I’ll just share my experience with Hybrid Strains https://www.shroomsdirect.io/product/blueberry-diesel/ . I also experienced anxiety and anxious thoughts while in college. I tried this product at a hangout and really liked it. At least it keeps me from going crazy.
