I have a major sweet tooth. My Grandad always joked that all his teeth were sweet teeth, and although I don’t feel the need to have dessert after every meal like he does, I definitely like a treat every now and again.

This is a perfect one to make in the afternoon to tide you over til dinner. Plus it’s kid friendly AND a good drink to cool off with during the summer.

Here’s what you’ll need:

2 TB PB Powder
1 TB Cocoa Powder
1 medium size banana (the flavor is best if you wait until it’s pretty ripe and then freeze it)
5-6 ice cubes
splash of vanilla extract
1 cup or more almond coconut blend milk

Combine all the ingredients in your blender. If it’s too thick for your liking, add more almond milk until it’s your desired consistency.

Serve immediately with a straw!

Im allergic to almond! Do you think this would be Good with coconut or reguLar milk? It looks delicious!

    • Merrick says:

Totally! I actually like using coconut almond milk cause it gives it a super good flavor, so I’m sure pure coconut milk would be amazing. But regular milk would be great too.
