If you’re on your feet all day and looking for the most comfortable shoes, here is a huge roundup of the most highly rated options.

Looking for the most comfortable shoes?

A few weeks ago, someone asked for recommendations for super comfortable shoes. The kind you can wear if your job keeps you on your feet all day, or you have bad feet and need extra comfort and support.

These were top the recommended by you! I have only tried a few of them, but the ones that I’ve tried are absolutely amazing. So I’m sure the rest are great too.

Remember, you get what you pay for

All of these brands are definitely higher priced, and you might have a bit of sticker shock when you check them out. But remember, you get what you pay for!

My shoes that end up in the donation pile are always my cheapest shoes. A more expensive shoe doesn’t guarantee that it’ll be comfortable, but a cheap shoe is going to be cheaply made and won’t offer long term quality or support.

All of my favorites from each top rated brand

I’ve rounded up all the brands, and then pulled a few of my favorites from each brand.

The list is long, but hopefully it’s helpful on your search for the most comfortable shoes!

Rothy’s

These were the MOST recommended by you guys. I’ve only heard amazing things, so I think I need to try a pair!

Clarks

I’ve owned a pair of two of these are they’re FANTASTIC.

Birdies

The insole of these is cushioned like a pillow – seriously it feels like you’re walking on clouds!

Vionic

Merrell

Ecco

My all time favorite, most comfortable sneaker is Ecco! They’re the ones I talk about ALL THE TIME. They’re the best for travel or amusement parks, or for school teachers, or anyday!

Doc Martens

Nikes

I’ve owned many pairs of Nike’s over the years and they have amazing, supportive shoes.

Cole Haan

Allbirds

This is a fantastic newer brand that’s incredibly comfortable and supportive. Philip and I both own a pair and love them.

Frye

Frye shoes are expensive, but absolutely worth the price for the quality of the shoe, the level of support, and the comfort.

Sorel

Naturalizers

Born

I’ve owned two pairs of Borne shoes and have been super impressed with the quality and the support!

Soludos

Soludos are one of my favorite summer-y styles of shoes — I’ve only ever owned their espadrilles, but they’re very comfortable and supportive.
