I want to share give favorite self improvement podcasts that give me motivation, inspiration, and passion to work, take care of myself, and be the best version of myself.

Last year I shared a list of some of my favorite podcasts. Since then, I’ve found a few new favorites and wanted to share. These are self improvement, self help, self motivating kinds of podcasts, and they’re definitely worth a listen.

I’ve always listen to podcasts when I run, and it’s like my daily therapy session as I get motivated and inspired all while busting out a good run.

3 IN 30 PODCAST

Rachel’s podcast is all about helping women be the best mom they can be. The concept behind “3 in 30” is that each 30 minute episode provides three doable takeaways for moms.  She interviews the most amazing people, and I leave every episode feeling inspired to be a better mom, and also with fantastic tools to turn that motivation into action. If you’re a mom, this is a MUST LISTEN.

THE LIFE COACH SCHOOL PODCAST

This podcast has been life changing for me. Brooke Castillo is a life coach, and even after 200+ episodes she continues to blow my mind with her wisdom and insight. Things just make sense to me when Brooke talks. She talks about weight loss (10+ years ago she lost 70 lbs), business, relationships, joy, passion, fear…you  name it. If you listen to one podcast,  make it hers. It will change your life!

THE GOAL DIGGER PODCAST.

This is a business podcast, all about how to grow, succeed, and turn your dreams into a successful venture. Jenna is a photographer, so a lot of her examples and stories are related to photography, but she has a lot of different guests on the show that give other perspectives and give a wealth of information. If you’re starting a business, or have a business, this is a great resource.

I’m running out of episodes though, so tell me your favorite self improvement, motivational, fun, inspirational, or just all around favorite podcasts!

    HELP!! so I am moving back to the states after living on a remote tropical island the last 3 years and I have no idea what is in style anymore (shorts and t shirts literally every single day here).. I’m hoping for a post about fall 2018 fashion trends.. What types of shoes are in style (are my beloved pure leather riding boots I saved out of style?) What types of pants are in style.. how to wear shoes with pants nowadays (Ikeep seeing high waters.. is that really a thing? and to what end? I saw high waters on a girl on tv with boots that were mid calf high!) what types of shirts and jackets are in style? I just recently started paying attention to fashion again and I’m in need of all sorts of help.

    Basically, what are some essential fall basics for 2018 and how do I wear them?! I really need your help! We move back in 2 months, in the heart of fall! I love your style, and I love that you are modest, so I am turning to you 🙂

    The Goal Digger podcast is my love! They motivate me very much, I love to listen on the road.
    I am motivated by the experience of other people, I am filled with energy for new achievements. That’s why I like podcasts where entrepreneurs and influencers talk about their path.
    Also for self-improvement, I find quotes from young influencers very motivating.
