Time for this week’s dinner ideas! It was a week full of simple but delicious dinners.

Our weekly menu will give you some good dinner ideas

Time for this week’s dinner ideas! This week’s dinners were all pretty simple and easy, and some of our family favorites. Head through the list and see if there’s anything you want to include this week for your own menu.

Angel Hair Bolognese

Since we have football practice and golf practice on several weeknights during the week, I have to make quick dinners my kids or my husband can eat before they leave. This was a good one that we all loved! Hearty and easy. I didn’t have time to let it simmer for an hour, but 20 minutes did the trick!

Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup

We’ve been getting a bit of cool weather this week in the mornings and it’s made me want chicken noodle soup.  This is my favorite recipe! I always make the broth separately with the onion and celery ends, and some carrot tops, then strain the broth, shred the chicken, and make the soup as normal. It’s a little more time-intensive, but then you avoid getting chicken innards in the soup…..

Pot Roast

We ended up getting invited over to a friend’s house for dinner last Sunday, so we didn’t make pot roast. We’re making it this week!

Puppy Chow

This is our Friday night treat almost every Friday…we have family movie night and each eat a cup of this. It’s THE BEST movie treat and we never get sick of it.
