Time for this week’s dinner ideas! We had a pretty simple but delicious week. These recipes were all so yummy and fun!

Our weekly menu will give you some good dinner ideas

Time for this week’s dinner ideas! I love a week full of simple but good recipes

Here’s a quick review of our weekly dinners:

I’m going to add this little overview every week so you can see our true full weekly menu to get dinner ideas.

Monday: Gyoza Soup

Tuesday: Leftovers

Wednesday: Chicken Cacciatore with Angel Hair Pasta

Thursday: Ground Beef Tacos

Friday: BBQ Chicken Pizza

Saturday: Family Date Night

Sunday: Dinner at our friends – I’m bringing THIS salad

Gyoza Noodle Soup

This was a new-to-us recipe, but we love gyoza so this was a total winner. My grocery store didn’t have tender stem at the moment and I didn’t want to go hunting for just one ingredient, so I swapped it for corn and it was delicious!

Chicken Cacciatore

I’m pretty sure we had this very recently, but it’s one of Philip’s favorite meals. Fun fact: he always requested chicken cacciatore for his birthday…but we used an old, super basic recipe. This one is still so easy, but definitely a step above flavor-wise!

Ground Beef Hard Shell Tacos

My boys are huge fans of hard shell ground beef tacos, so we decided to try them at home! This was SUPER basic but very flavorful, and great for everyone to make their tacos just how they like them.

BBQ Chicken Pizza with Corn, Crispy Onions, and Jalapenos

Surprise, surprise – another BBQ chicken recipe! I’m not sure if I should admit it, but I’m kind of getting bored of it. It’s still delicious, but I feel like I’m ready to try something new. Maybe I can convince my family to branch out next week…maybe just for one week.

Apple Salad

We’re going to dinner at a friend’s house on Sunday and they asked us to bring a salad. Philip is not a salad guy, so I chose something that sounded amazing to me – this apple salad with candied nuts and cranberries. I think I’m going to use what I have and instead of cranberries I’ll use dried cherries, and instead of walnuts, I might do almonds. We’ll see what I can scrounge up!
