Time for this week’s dinner ideas! It was a really busy week with a lot of events, but I loved the time we had to eat together at home.

Our weekly menu will give you some good dinner ideas

Time for this week’s dinner ideas! While we had a lot more meals out/leftovers than normal, I still wanted to share what a busy week of dinners looks like for us.

Here’s a quick review of our weekly dinners:

Monday: Leftovers

Tuesday: Shredded Beef Tacos

Wednesday: Free Choice

Thursday: Charity Event

Friday: Mavericks Game

Saturday: BBQ Chicken Pizza

Sunday: Lasagana

Sunday Dessert: Ooey Gooey Butter Cake Bars

Turkey Noodle Soup

On Sunday last week, we made a traditional Thanksgiving turkey dinner since we were in Mexico for Thanksgiving. We always do turkey soup with the leftover turkey, and it’s the best!

BBQ Pizza

This is our favorite pizza. We put grilled chicken, BBQ sauce, frozen corn, and fresh jalapeños on it.

Lasagna

I don’t make lasagna very often cause it’s pretty involved, but it’s a good Sunday night dinner. This one is delicious and pretty simple!

Ooey Gooey Butter Cake Bars

This is one of my all time favorite desserts. It’s pretty easy to make and super rich and filled with butter (hence the name) but it is SO delicious. If you’ve never tried it, you must!

Time for this week’s dinner ideas! We went out of town for the weekend, but had some easy, yummy meals at the start of the week!

Our weekly menu will give you some good dinner ideas!

We have a shortened menu this week because we were out of town for the weekend. But I also wanted to include last Sunday’s recipe since it’s easy and kid friendly, plus our favorite cinnamon roll recipe we made last weekend!

Here’s a quick review of our weekly dinners:

Sunday: Walking Tacos

Sunday Dessert: The Best Cinnamon Rolls

Monday: Sweet Potato Hash

TuesdayMeatball Sub

Wednesday: Chicken Burrito Bowls

walking tacos

Walking Tacos

We were home all day on Sunday for LDS General Conference, so we did an easy dinner of walking tacos. They’re basically deconstructed tacos with Fritos instead of taco shells. Most recipes have the taco right inside the bag, but we did them on plates!

cinnamon rolls

Cinnamon Rolls

If you’re looking for a good cinnamon roll recipe, this is literally the best! It’s so good. Of course it takes some effort, but I have made these a ton of times and they’ve always turned out perfectly. Highly recommend!

sweet potato hash

Sweet Potato Hash

Philip isn’t a fan of sweet potatoes, so I made these one night when he wasn’t going to be home for dinner. This is a super easy and tasty recipe, and helped used up some of the leftover ham in our freezer.

meatball sub

Meathball Sub

Tuesday night is a busy night for us, so these are an easy and quick recipe for a week night. Everyone gobbled these up!

chicken burrito bowls

Chicken Burrito Bowls

Our family loves burrito bowls! I put a bunch of toppings on the table and everyone can decide what they want.
