Our shared walk in closet is finally finished! I’m so excited to share this space because you guys have been begging for a full look at it.

This shared walk in closet is everything we’ve dreamed of

When we found this house, one of the selling points for us was a really large shared walk in closet for Philip and me. In all our other homes we’ve lived in, our closets have been functional, but not very large. And as a blogger and stylist, there are lots of clothes around here, so we needed a good place to store them all, and we wanted a space that was functional, beautiful, and utilized the space really well.

Do I like sharing a closet with Philip?

Although in a perfect world I’d probably prefer my own closet, this walk in closet is really large and definitely works for both of us. Plus Philip is a lot more organized and clean than I am, so he makes sure it stays clean.

We hired a professional to get the layout just right

When we bought the house, we had all of the original shelves and rods deleted from this closet so we had a completely blank space. We poured through hundreds of shared closet ideas, but when it comes to designing a space that functions well and has lots of storage, we turned to the experts.

Philip found a designer on Houzz and he helped us come up with a really fantastic layout for the room.

We had originally planned on an island (which I’ve seen in tons of other closets and loved) but he recommended a jut out with a seat to maximize walking space. And of course I love how it turned out.

My favorite parts of the closet

It has tons of storage, a really beautiful shoe wall, gorgeous lighting, and the show-stopping spiral hanging racks in the corner. I LOVE how everything came together, and it’s just a pleasure to walk in every day.

Here are a few more photos of the closet space.

are the two spiral racks your only hanging racks? I thought You’d have more. Just curious if you constantly purge? Or keep a lot folded in drawers?

Curious about what purpose the glass on top of the counter serves. Also where and hoW do you store jewelry? What about boots that are too tall for your shoe rack? And do your spiral hanging racks swivel and pivot so you can reach the back?

I just love how beautifully you created Walk-in Closet. I have got some bonuses and the name of the casino on this page gamblizard.com/casinos/moon-games-bonus people like to play online. I can see that all shoes and clothes have been properly placed in this closet. I just want to create a similar closet like I am seeing in this picture. Kindly share details on how you made this closet.

The information you share is broad knowledge and should be read by people to open their eyes. I am very grateful for that. us map

  9. A personal dressing room is the dream of so many. My wife also dreams of a dressing room, but for this I need to re-plan several rooms, and now I am thinking whether it is worth doing. How do you say? Is a separate dressing room worth a global home redevelopment? To be honest, I myself sometimes think that it would be cool to have a separate dressing room))) But I’m afraid that in this case there will be a lot of clutter in the dressing room. It looks like you need to start with the habit of putting things in place, and then think about building a dressing room!

I WILL GET IT THANKS TO ONLINE CARD GAMES. AND FOR THE SAFE DEPOSIT AND WITHDRAWAL OF MONEY, YOU NEED TO USE A RELIABLE SYSTEM. SUCH AS PAY PAL . THANK YOU FOR THE ARTICLE.

I like the way you did everything. I think that lighting in such a room is very important so that there is a great combination of everything. I saw good advice in the article https://www.vonn.com/blog/cool-ways-to-use-led-lights/ which helped me last time
