I've been debating about the overall trend for like two years now. I've seen them coming back and I just wasn't sure if I could do it. I wasn't the most fashionable little girl, and I wore overalls long after they were out, so just the thought of wearing them again brought back some memories of my most awkward years and I wasn't sure I was interested in re-living those.

Today is our first official day of summer! School got out on Friday, so we're in full blown summer mode now.  We have a couple of trips planned over the next few months, and we made a summer bucket list a few weeks ago of big things we want to do, but we'll also have a lot of normal days at home snuggling in our pajamas.

The button front midi skirt is everywhere this spring and summer, and naturally I've jumped right on that wagon. Midi skirts are the best for momiforms, because they're lightweight and comfy, while keeping you covered when you're running after toddlers or getting down on the floor.
