A few weeks ago I had the fun opportunity to talk on the phone with the gorgeous Molly Sims. She shared some of her beauty secrets, one of which was that changing up your skincare routine every so often is good for your skin. I’ve totally found this to be true for my skin — even the products that work the very best sometimes seem to lose their effectiveness after I’ve used them for a long time. So I’ve started switching my products up every few months, and not dropping the old ones completely, but just waiting a month or two and then going back to using them. It’s a great little tactic to keep your skincare products working their hardest for you, and keeping your skin looking great.
I’ve mentioned my skincare routine before, and although I absolutely love all the products I shared, I’d noticed that some of them weren’t working quite as well for me over the last month. So I took Molly’s advice and switched over to Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser for the summer. I’ve used their DailyAdvance Lotion for years with great success, so I felt good about the switch to the cleanser. I have sensitive skin, so the gentle cleanser is perfect for me, but it’s also super effective. I gently scrub my face twice a day for a full minute (I always count as I lather), and it leaves my face feeling fresh, renewed, and super clean. It’s also a perfect cleanser to leave in the shower since you can use it for your face and your body.
So as long as you’re changing up all your other routines this summer, do your skin a favor and change up your skincare routine with Cetaphil cleanser and lotion too and keep your skin revitalized and clear all summer long!

I just started using the cleanser as well. I have super sensitive skin and it works great! I try to switch up my moisturizers often so that they get the job done.
I recently started using the facial moisurizer and love it! I may try the cleanser in the future when the one I have runs out.
I've been using Cetaphil for over 10 years and still love it! It's so gentle for my sensitive skin 🙂

I love your robe! Where did you get it? Or did you make it?
I have really sensitive skin & I use Cetaphil as well, although I find I need to use something else to exfoliate every week or so (cornmeal works wonderously). The lotion can sometimes feel a bit heavy and greasy though, so I use a different moisturizer in the morning.
I know that this post is rather old, but I was wondering if you could share the makeup you’re wearing in the top picture-mostly the eyeshadow and lipstick
