Puma Rebel Sneaks c/o Rack Room Shoes, Boyfriend Jeans, Gray Sweatshirt, Burgundy Bomber Jacket, Baseball Cap, Mirrored Sunglasses, Tote Bag
When I was about 12 weeks pregnant with San, I had a miscarriage scare. I’d already had two other miscarriages in between my pregnancies, so when my doctor recommended I stick to very low impact workouts, I took that as an excuse to not exercise at all. And over the last year, I’ve gotten completely out of the habit.
But in the last few weeks, I’ve been itching to exercise regularly again. I want to feel strong and tone up my (very unimpressive) muscles, and I know it will be a good way to clear my head from the craziness that comes with working from home and simultaneously being a mom of three.
I’m still trying to figure out how to fit it into my schedule (without having to wake up early…I just can’t do it when I stay up late working…suggestions would be welcome!), which seems to be the most difficult obstacle. But one of the things that motivates me the most is great exercise gear. And even better is exercise gear that doubles as clothing I can wear outside of the gym, like these black Puma Rebel Sneakers.
Rack Room Shoes just released the Puma Rebel shoes and they’re such a great, lightweight, sleek athletic shoe. They’re insanely comfy and perfect for performance at the gym. But they’re also a good everyday sneaker for an athleisure look, like I’m wearing, with boyfriend jeans and a baseball cap. Or you could throw them on with dark jeans and an oversized pullover sweater.
They’re available over at Rack Room Shoes as of today!
Superb!!!

Hey There!
I am reaching out to you in regards to your “suggestions would be welcome” for when / how to get back into a workout routine.
This caught my attention b/c I can totally relate. As a Mom of 3 young kids that works fulltime this was also a struggle of mine for the longest time. That was until I joined a Beachbody online challenge group.
I would love to tell you more about these groups if you are interested.

I do barre3 online! They’re great, you can do them anywhere (works on your computer or your phone/tablet), and there’s lots of different workouts and at different amounts of time. I subscribe for the lowest level, but am honestly thinking of paying $10 to get the weekly new workouts. It’s $15-25 per month, whereas a live barre class is going to run you at least that. They’re hard but easy on your body! Obviously, I’m not affiliated with them in any way. I do those alongside walking (with or without my kids), because I’m no longer allowed to run. Hope that helps!
She said that the time when she was 12 weeks pregnant, she had a bad pregnancy. He had https://topaussiereviews.com/assignmentgeek-com-au-review/ . I have had two other pregnancies between my pregnancies, so when my doctor recommended I stop at very low impact exercises, I take that as an excuse not to exercise at all. And last year, I was completely out of character.
