I took the month of December off from school…things were just too busy around here and the school closed for 2 weeks anyway. So last night was my first night back at school and it felt so good to be painting from a live model again. 
My skills, after even just one month, were already feeling a little rusty, but I think in the end I produced a pretty decent under painting.

i completely know what you mean about feeling "rusty." although you hide it much better than i do…that piece looks great!
